Autism Services Group selects Streamline's systems to manage their provider network
  • Autism Services Group (ASG) of Princeton, NJ has selected Streamline to run its network of providers. The state of New Jersey has mandated that all group insurance plans with 51 or more members provide up to $40,000 a year in outpatient benefits to cover Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services to children with autism.   • Streamline released new versions of SmartCareEHR and SmartCarePM applications that help meet privacy requirements of HITECH Act. The new features added to the applications include:
  • Tracking Information Accessed - Each time client related information is accessed by a user, the system tracks the user, the type of information and the time it was accessed. This information can then be used by your organization for audit, analysis and can then be archived.
  • Tracking Release of Information and Disclosures - This new module allows you to track all release of information and disclosures for the client. The system will also combine information/documentation that is being disclosed (whether entered electronically or scanned into the system) into a PDF file that can be given to the party received the information.
Streamline's SmartCareRx approved by Ohio Pharmacy Board
  • Streamline's SmartCareRx ePrescribing application received approval of the Ohio Pharmacy Board and is now available for use across the state. Streamline is proud to conform to one of the nation's most stringent ePrescribing requirements. In order to get the approval of the state board a number of features were added to the software, these include:
  • Multiple Authentication Layers - Each prescriber has to go through a second layer of authentication when they log in to the system.
  • Electronic Second Review - Each prescription that goes out from the system is tracked, reviewed and approved by the prescriber. SmartCareRx is able to accomplish through a system that does not require organizations to maintain paper copies of prescriptions for a number of years.
Streamline releases SmartCareRx 2.0
  • Streamline released version 2.0 of its SmartCareRx application. With the 2.0 release, SmartCareRx adds new levels of decision support and usability. Here are some of the new features:
  • Track Failed Trials - You can track failed trials for the patient.
  • Allergy/Intolerance Differentiation - The system now allows you to differentiate between an Allergy and Intolerance and system warnings can be configured accordingly.
  • Track and Graph Vitals/Labs - You can track vitals and lab results over time with color coded indicators for values outside the normal range. You also have the ability to graph these values.
Community Mental Health of St. Joseph County goes live with Streamline applications
  • Community Mental Health of St. Joseph County (CMHSJC) in Three Rivers, Michigan went live with Streamline's SmartCarePM, SmartCareEHR, SmartCareRx, and SmartCareMCO applications.
  • The implementation of all 5 applications including data conversion and customizations for CMHSJC were all completed in a 5 month timeframe. Elizabeth O' Dell, Executive Director of CMHSJG was pleased with the transition "The management team discussed that the selection process for a vendor had taken months far longer than was anticipated and was concerned that implementation would be worse. Fortunately, for us we selected Streamline and implementation was completed in a very short timeframe. This release is another step towards Streamline's goal of making SmartCareRx a very intuitive and easy to use application for prescribers, reducing the time per prescription spent by the user.
