Navid brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology to Streamline. In his most recent role as Chief Business Officer of CompuGroup Medical, a global provider of practice management, EHR, telehealth, RCM, and laboratory software and services, Navid was responsible for the company’s U.S. business operations and closely engaged with the company’s U.S. customer base to identify, prioritize, and execute against key pain points.
His focus on identifying unmet needs for the customer base and marshaling action plans to solve for these needs led to enhanced trust from customers, a renewed culture of innovation at CompuGroup Medical, and a material increase in NPS scoring. Under Navid’s leadership, CompuGroup Medical grew quickly in the U.S. based on the strengths of its product offering and customer support.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from UC-Irvine.
